1. The Financial Services Authority (FSA)
The FSA is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services. It requires us to give you this document. Use the information to decide if our services are right for you.
2. Whose products do we offer?
For mortgages and loans we introduce our users to Authorised firms who provide mortgage and loan advice or processing services under their own FSA Authorisations.
3. Online Application Service
If you have chosen to submit your details online then your application is passed electronically to an Authorised Firm from our panel, to process under their own FSA Authorisation. That authorised firm will produce and send you a new Initial Disclosure Document (IDD) in respect of their firm, and a personal Key Facts Illustration (KFI) prior to completion of your mortgage application. The responsibility for any service or product that you may purchase via the firm to whom your application is passed shall be with the provider of that service under their own FSA Authorisation and not with Lifestyle-solution, who act as a forwarding service for your application data.
4. Mortgage and Loan Enquiry Service
You will not receive recommendation from Lifestyle-solution. Our web site provides site users with a means of submitting their request to our panel of Authorised Firm's mortgage enquiry services. The responsibility for any service or product you may purchase following submission of your mortgage or loan enquiry shall be with the provider of that service under their own FSA Authorisation and not with Lifestyle-solution, who act as a forwarding service for your application data.
5. What will you have to pay us for our services?
We do not charge our users a fee. We receive, from the Authorised Firm to whom we affect introductions, a share of any earnings or commission that may be generated as a result of any purchase of products or services that you may make through that Authorised Firm. That firm will declare to you the total income that will be generated by them as a result of any purchase that you may make in the Key Facts Illustration.
6. Refund of Fees
As we do not charge our web site users fees, no refund for mortgage or loan fees will be made at any time.
7. Who Regulates Us?
Lifestyle-solution
Our permitted business is introducing clients who are sourcing mortgage or loan products to out panel of FSA Authorised Firms.

8. Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
Every member of our Authorised Firm's panel provide cover for their clients under the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if a member of a panel cannot meet their obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
9. Mortgages
Mortgage advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £30,000 and 90% of the next £20,000 so the maximum compensation is £48,000.
